Team Viewer Online Support for Desktop REM from Phenom World

For our users of Phenom World's desktop REMs, we offer free online support via Team Viewer. Support includes troubleshooting, basic maintenance, and system verification. We are happy to give tips and tricks.


  • Team Viewer must be installed by the customer
  • internet connection (otherwise please contact us)
  • Operator on site at the REM during the remote session (desirable)

The following connections are possible

  • LAN socket on the REM
  • LAN socket or WLAN on the DLink router of the ProSuite PC
  • If necessary, you can borrow an LTE router for a fee from us, please contact us in individual cases
  • Support is offered in English and German
